Bah! Humbug! GD spot #3 Vellum

So sorry I'm so late posting this but I forgot it was Friday and went off to work, anyway over on Bah! Humbug! this week the challenge is vellum. I decided to to do a larger card for this one and embossed everything in gold. This card is for the mum of one of OH's friends who now lives in America and his mum is on her own, it started off by accident as David used to buy a box of cards for certain people but had forgotten this lady so I sent one of my cards down. Well she was over the moon and even took it out with her to show her friends so now each year I try to do a special card for her.

Hope you like it!

  10. Hello Jenny

My apologies for not commenting sooner, but I was convinced I'd left you a comment earlier in the week. I do know I've had terrible problems with Blogger.

    is just perfect.

Thank you for the lovely comment you left on my blog!

I was having a computer frenzy, I wanted it to do something it did not agree ha ha!

Hence the sneaking under the wire. Under the wire, it said I had 2 minutes to upload!

Got it done though,I don't give in easily.

Fab blog design, your card is so elegant & the vellum just looks so lush on the mocha card.

What a sweet story & such a sweet thing to do.Always nice to hear a story behind a special card.
