Anyway onto the challenge, this week it is called A Song in My Heart and although I do sing a bit when no-one is listening to me this made me think of the birds sitting on my rooftop sing their little hearts out.
The background is a paper printed from the Decadent Brocade cd from Artylicious. The stamp is an Artylicious one too, it is stamped onto a 160gsm paper which I have coloured with distress inks and brushes, still haven't got the hang of using the brayer. I needed something to pull it all together and decided to use some of the papers to make a little corner decoration then I cut out two branch die cuts and there it was done.

ReplyDeleteJenny this card is fabulous. I've had this image stamed and coloured on my desk for weeks and not got round to using it on a card. Now I'm inspired by this I'll maybe get on with it. Love the branch die. Another one for the wish list methinks.
