CD Sunday - Wonderful Wings

Good morning all, it's Sunday again and that means we have a new challenge over at
CD Sunday. This week it is my turn to choose the challenge so I chose wonderful wings, I had already chosen the topic when Caroline offered to sponsor us and chose butterflies as her theme. As several of the team members had already done their cards I couldn't change it but did change the card I was going to do.

This card is done using an A5 landscape as the base, can you all remind me in the future not to make these types of card to put on the blog as they are not easy to photograph! I used the image of a fairy from the cd Enchanted Dreams by Joanna Sheen, I have added glitter to highlight the picture and added a pink bow and a huge gem. The base has a piece of the backing paper and the sentiment I stamped onto a die cut shape that was done with one of the new Spellbinder dies

I hope you can come and join us as we love to see you, pop over to the blog and see what the rest of the team have done.

  1. A lovely card and a beautiful image Jenny. I think we'll see this particular CD featured quite a bit this week.

  3. This is a beautiful card Jenny, I love this CD but don't use it nearly enough, you have chosen a gorgeous image and I love your pink bow and lovely gem.
A bit of an easier theme this week with lots of scope - will have to get my thinking cap on.

  5. Hi Jenny
This is a dramatic card and a lovely colour combo. I think it was a good thing having 'butterflies' and 'wings' close together, as it makes you think of more of a variety of winged things.
