Hello all it's that time again and another challenge over at
CD Sunday, this time it's A Card for a Male and this has been chosen by Wendy.
For my card I have used a shaped card which gives a bit of interest and have used the fabulous jam packed collection from
Polkadoodles which is Winston. There are so many things on this cd that it is suitable for everyone, Winston has a friend and her name is Etty and there are so many backing papers that you really are spoilt for choice, there are the Kraft papers and then there are some beautiful pastel and pretty ones.
I chose this image because I thought it would make a great retirement card, I matted the image onto plain black and did the same for the backing paper, the two shapes are also just resized and printed from the cd, in fact apart from the buttons and the strip of Kraft card that I put through an embossing folder I haven't needed to add anything as it is all there just waiting to be printed.
I hope you like this and feel inspired to come over and join in, the winner of the top three gets a little something too.
This is a great card Jenny and so perfect for a retirement card. I wish my OH would relax like this! The more I am seeing of this CD the more I like it. Unusual shape too.

He reminds me of dad sitting in his chair reading anything he got his hands on, it is a lovely card and as you say this CD is full of crafty goodies.
